Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at selfmade.co and any tools we make available on it, including the free creative diversity audit (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by SelfMadeMe Inc. ("SelfMade", "we", "us").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02The Site is not the service agreement

The Site describes the paid creative services we offer to brands. Any engagement for those services, including scope, deliverables, pricing, ownership of creative work, and cancellation, is governed by a separate written agreement between SelfMade and the client. If anything on the Site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Pricing, package contents, timelines, and results shown on the Site are for information only and may change at any time. Nothing on the Site is an offer that becomes binding until a written agreement is signed.

03The free creative diversity audit

The audit tool lets you enter a brand name, retrieves ads that the brand has publicly published in the Meta Ad Library, and uses automated (AI) classification to estimate how varied those ads are by format, persona, angle, and emotion.

  • It is an estimate. Ad libraries can be incomplete, the wrong advertiser page can be matched, and automated classification can be wrong. Treat the output as a starting point for a conversation, not as a fact.
  • It only reads public data. We do not access any advertiser account. We look at the same ads anyone can see in the Meta Ad Library.
  • It is not advice. Any recommendation in the report is general marketing commentary. You are responsible for your own advertising decisions.
  • Fair use. You may run the audit for brands you work with or are evaluating. Do not use it to build datasets, scrape our results, or overload the tool.

We may change, limit, or remove the audit tool at any time without notice.

04Booking a call

Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which is embedded on the Site. Calendly's own terms and privacy policy apply to the scheduling step. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

05Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use the Site in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
  • Submit false contact details or impersonate another person or brand.
  • Probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation, including by automated requests to the audit tool.
  • Copy, scrape, frame, or republish the Site or its content, other than sharing links to it.
  • Introduce malware or any harmful code.

06Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, code, graphics, dashboards, and the SelfMade name and logo, belongs to SelfMade or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not use our name, logo, or content in a way that suggests we endorse you without our written permission.

Example ads shown on the Site were created by SelfMade for the brands named alongside them and are displayed as examples of our work. Brand names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. Ownership of creative work we produce for a client is set out in that client's service agreement.

If you send us feedback or ideas about the Site, we may use them without any obligation to you.

07Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example Calendly for scheduling and the Meta Ad Library as a data source) and may link to sites we do not control, including our sister product Skipper. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Their terms apply when you use them.

08Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the audit tool are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any audit result will be accurate or complete.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfMade and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services performed under a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.

10Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify SelfMade against any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
